Aimee Eyvazzadeh, MD, FACOG
Dr. Aimee graduated from UCLA School of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Harvard Medical School. She also completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and holds a Masters in Public Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and continues to contribute to research in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She has co-authored book chapters on ultrasonography and male infertility with national leaders in the field of reproductive endocrinology.
Joshua Klein, MD, FACOG
Dr. Klein is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and assistant professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He earned his medical degree at Harvard University, completing his residency in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Massachusetts General and Brigham & Women’s Hospitals. He did his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University. Dr. Klein now leads Extend Fertility Medical Practice and is a Castle Connelly Top Doctor and has been named a Super Doctor each year since 2017.
John Park, MD, MSc
Dr. Park is board certified in OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and went on to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University. After residency, Dr. Park remained at Emory University to complete a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. During his fellowship, he obtained a Master’s of Science in Clinical Research through the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Emory University. Dr. Park was named the Top Reproductive Endocrinologist in North Carolina by HealthTap in 2013. He has also been selected by his peers as one of the “Best Doctors in America” every year since 2011.
Cindy Duke, MD, PhD, FACOG
Dr. Cindy Duke is a dual physician-scientist who is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and fellowship-trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She received both her medical degree and PhD in microbiology and immunology from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry. She went onto complete her residency in Gynecology & Obstetrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital and did her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Duke is also the Physician Founder, Medical and Laboratory Director of the Nevada Fertility Institute (NFI) in Las Vegas, Nevada USA.
